Free delivery, lightweight to XSTO

Lightweight products

We use FedEx for eligible parcels weighing under 30 kg when packed. The weight you lift is different from the shipping weight: batteries, charger, accessories and packaging all count. We will confirm the appropriate delivery service for your order.

XSTO delivery

Our XSTO range is delivered with Palletways. Standard pallet delivery is to the kerbside; it does not include carrying the product indoors, upstairs or setting it up. Please contact us before ordering if you need help receiving or moving your delivery.

We will confirm access and delivery arrangements with you. Free standard delivery also applies to XSTO at eligible mainland-UK addresses.

Regional delivery quotes

For the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands, please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering. Any additional charge will be agreed before payment.

When will my order arrive?

Dispatch and delivery estimates depend on the product, stock and destination. After you order, we’ll call you to arrange a delivery date. We don’t offer next-day delivery or a guaranteed delivery date.
