Delivery, returns and warranties

Free standard mainland-UK delivery applies to all products, including XSTO. We use FedEx for eligible parcels under 30 kg packed and Palletways for XSTO. Surcharge areas require a quote.

Prices and availability come from our live catalogue and refresh regularly. Availability is an indication, not a reservation or delivery promise. Refresh the page for the latest information. If a specification is marked “Ask us”, contact our team before choosing.

Understanding VAT relief

Qualifying products show a VAT-relief price for eligible customers and the full price including 20% VAT. Relief depends on the person, product and personal or domestic use, with a separate declaration when you order. You sign it online as part of your order.

Your privacy

When you order, we collect your name, contact details and delivery address and, if you claim VAT relief, your signed declaration. We use them to deliver your order and keep the records the law requires. Card payments are handled by DNA Payments on their secure page; we never see your card details.

There are no advertising tags or analytics trackers. If you contact us by phone or email, our team will receive the information you provide. Your basket and comparison choices are stored in this browser, so they remain when you move between pages. You can remove products on the basket and comparison pages. No payment or personal details are saved in your basket. The hosting service may process basic access logs.
