About the A08
The lightweight Freedom A08 can take 3 batteries, generating the up to 27-mile driving range. Plus, the 4mph chair can operate safely on a gradient between 0-10 degrees. The electro-magnetic brakes are automatically applied when the joystick is in the neutral position, preventing accidental rolling. A significant increase from the smaller A06 model, this chair has a maximum user weight of 25 stone (158kg), with a seat dimension of 17.5 inches wide and 17 inches deep. Alternatively, stow the folded chair in the boot of a car with folded/closed dimensions of 23.2” (L) x 27.2” (W) x 12.6” (H). Open, the Freedom A08 is 39.4” (L) x 23.2” (W) x 35” (H).
